We have under taken the total removal of all graffiti from all Ipswich City Council Skate Park’s and managed to maintain them clean under a previous contract we held. This service is now being looked at by Councils around Australia to reduce there Public Liability Risk and reduce accidents with in skate bowls that have been caused by a buildup of paint. We have under taken Skate Park cleaning for Redland City Council and have just completed the first skate park for Gladstone City Council.
From our experience in dealing with surface stain removal and after recent natural disasters we have seen a natural progression to apply our chemical knowledge and advance cleaning technical to mould remediation from both internal and external surfaces.
What makes us a bit different from the rest is our approach to your mould problem. We will come in and talk with you and then supply a report , which details the problem and our solutions. Working close with the REIQ we have supplied some up to date information on mould remediation that is being currently used with there ongoing training for REIQ Property Managers
As our inspector has 22 years working within the construction 10 Years plastering and is a qualified Painter and Decorator with experience in this field for over 12 years we understand if substates can be cleaned or need replacing. We are also very Environmental aware of our obligations in the work we do. We have certified bio-degradable graffiti removal products and we have a green painter accreditation as well as using the last in Mould Removal Product and Systems. All our product have undergone testing and results can be show at any time.
